Aspen Filmfest Continues Through October 1

Film lovers in Aspen have been basking in a great array of movies at this year's Aspen Filmfest, currently running until October 1. A stimulating combination of international films, documentaries and US films, most movies are screened once at the Wheeler Opera House. Terry McMillan at Woody Creek Center Tonight

Award-winning author Terry McMillan will appear at a free presentation today at 6:30 pm at the Woody Creek Community Center. The author of best-selling books such as "Waiting to Exhale" and "How Stella Got Her Groove Back" is being presented by the Aspen Writers' Foundation.
